First a phone interview, then a written SQL analyst questionnaire, then a phone interview, then another phone interview, then a final round (SQL, behavioral, how might I improve their app ecosystem). Then they reached out for another phone interview because they were having trouble deciding.
Honestly overkill for an internship - especially since they asked candidates to prepare by studying their app ecosystem on their own time. The length of the process (2 months and change) was frankly irritating - most full-time job cycles conclude in a much shorter amount of time.
