Interview
The interview process was generally well-structured. The questions were challenging and thought-provoking, demonstrating the technical depth of the team. The interviewers were clearly knowledgeable, as evidenced by their insightful follow-up questions.
However, communication from the recruitment team could be significantly improved. Despite sending follow-up emails, I experienced several weeks of silence after completing the interviews, which made it difficult to plan next steps in my job search. More timely updates—even if just to acknowledge receipt or provide a timeline—would greatly enhance the candidate experience.
Fast track process, there are three interviews for the first round, including Data Structures, ML Design and Code Design. Data Structures interview is based on a real-world scenario where the algorithm itself is easy to implement. But the scenario is not well choose and ambiguous to think.
