Interview
It started with a recruiter phone call to understand background and expectations followed by a 90 mins OA. Next is DSA + algorithms which were medium to hard LC or hackerrank type ques. However, be prepared for edge cases during code optimization because it seemed like they lean on it more. Following round was system design - asked me to design google sheets, and finally it was management values/culture fit round (probably they weigh heavily on this round unlike other companies). I got to know about the company culture and value through mocks with an Atlassian Sr Engineer coach on Prepfully. I'd highly recommend practing LC (along with edge cases) and mocks with Atlassian coach on Prepfully, cause it does matter a lot for Atlassian it seems.

What would be your approach to building a scalable image upload service?
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
