Interview
System Design, Coding DSA, Coding Design, Values and then Leadership Craft. One round is a decider for them. Gave all the rounds, but they rejected based on one round. I think its purely luck based when it comes to subjective rounds. They will ask you from the same set of questions and you have to answer according to their set pattern. If you don't answer what they want to hear, you will end up getting rejected.

There were total of 3 rounds of interview with brainstorming session with senior leader and other senior manager from the APAC region.Evaluation is done based on real time application questions

After, two data structures and algorithms coding interviews with atlassian directly. Each of these interviews was an hour. Afterwards, they have a system design interview and then a culture interview, but I didnt reach those stages.
