Stage 1 - Google meet interview with a PM Stage 2 - In person interview with two PMs Stage 3 - In person interview to meet a few senior leaders They seemed nice and the office is nice. Unfortunately I got ghosted after stage 2 which is not a good look as I took the time to come in and spent almost 2 hrs going over theoretical scenarios. A basic email would've sufficed. Salary also wasn't great considering the role.

August 2024 I applied to the Commercial Analyst role (job description is solely on strategy & ops which is something I was very interested in). The Chief Commercial Officer emails me within 2 days to setup a meeting. I spent a lot of time prepping my answers for what I expect to come up. THEN at the start of the interview he says to me this role will now be a sales role where I am expected to close deals and that he is currently rewriting the job spec. The company puts out a misleading job post saying one thing but then change their minds during my interview, This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to do so and gives a bit of hope during a tough job hunt only to yank it away from you.
