The interview process was during the pandemic, so it was virtual. First started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then next step was a facetime interview with the Executive Director of the facility. Third interview was with the VP of Sales. I shared my work history and what I would bring to the table, but I didn't really learn a lot about the actual position.

Interview
The manager reached out to schedule a time to speak via phone. I did not hear back until I followed up again 6 days later. My telephone interview was then stood up. I did not hear back to any of my follow up emails to try to reschedule.
