Interview
The interview process was with the nurse manager, chief of the director, NP/PA coordinators and other ACPs. There were three interviews with different individuals on the team. There were several scenario based questions and personal questions to get to know me as an individual. Overall, they were very professional and direct in what they were looking for in an ACP.
You start the process with a recruiter and then you interview with the lead physician and then a team of people. The team included about 5 people with support staff

Interview
After speaking with a recruiter, I was scheduled for an interview with a panel of staff and physicians. Following the interview, I was contacted by HR and presented an offer.
