I worked at Atrium Health full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, opportunities for overtime, supportive family environment

    Cons

I don't like that sick time and holidays are included in PTO

    Advice to Management

May want to look at HSA account debit card. That money should be able to be used for whatever employee desires. We pay health insurance already, when using HSA card to cover medical expenses you're essentially giving the money right back.

Good team environment and great boss who facilitates and encourages career development

    Cons

Benefits aren't the greatest and opportunities for promotion and/or professional growth are few and far between.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Atrium Health full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Some good individuals and although few and far between some really good leaders.

    Cons

To much cronyism and nepotism at the middle management level. Everyone builds their fiefdoms and wow be to the individual that goes against these areas.

    Advice to Management

You need to make people feel proud to say they work for Atrium, not feeling like they have to defend working there as you seek profits over individual care.
