Attainx interview questions

The process itself was simple, but the outcome was disappointing and indicates a lack of integrity of the company. After 2 rounds of phone calls, I was given an offer on Thursday. I explained that I had another interview elsewhere on Tuesday and while I would like to wait to accept or reject the offer, I did not want to delay their process in filling the position and understood if they needed to move on. I was told this was perfectly fine to get back to them on Tuesday and explicitly told “everything is negotiable” for the Offer. On Tuesday, after receiving an additional offer elsewhere, I came back to my point of contact and made 4 requests to negotiate the offer to be more competitive. I didn’t expect them to meet everything, but they didn’t budge on a single thing. When I was told that everything was negotiable when in fact they were not willing to negotiate, I began to question their honesty. (Especially when I explained my request for additional telework days was because of a medical disability). For these reasons, I asked my point of contact if I could at least speak to another member of the team to understand the team dynamic and culture. One hour after saying they still wanted to hire me but wouldn’t negotiate, I am contacted with the news that they have rescinded my offer entirely because I requested to speak with a future peer. All of this screams to me they are hiding something, are blatantly dishonest with what they are telling candidates about their company and about employment, and that they would not be an accommodating, flexible employer to work for. My initial conversations were very friendly, so it is disappointing to see it was all surface level. My advice to other applicants (other than not applying) is to fight for what you are worth. If they are not willing to work with you even a little, move on.

I had two Interviews. One Interview over the phone and one in person. I got the offer letter within a few hours after. It was a very easy process. I started within a week.
