Attitude interview questions

Colloquio diviso in più fasi, una conoscitiva, una tecnica e una o due fasi con i manager. Inizialmente mi è stata spiegata la posizione e il motivo della ricerca di uno stagista poi, nella fase tecnica mi è stato chiesto di utilizzare excel per ricavare alcuni dati e sistemare dei database.

No respect for the candidate, I went two times in their office for two interviews. I had to follow-up non stop, the process was uncessary long which is too bad because managers were nice. Never had a feedback in spite of asking many times, the minimum is to say no and gives final decision especially when candidates take time to prepare and have to travel to their office. Respect works two ways.
