First, I met the HR, then I had a call with the French Managing director (which was complicated, the person moved our meeting last minute multiple times), then with the head of Customer Success, then with the VP of Product. The interviews were challenging but in a good way. I had to learn their technology and approach, which required investment from my side. Even though I made efforts and interviews went well (in their own words), their never came back to me (even after multiple emails from me). It's fine to not get hired, but it really felt like irrespecutful.
