Very inspired by amazon: I had 5 interviews total: 3 with technical people, one with a product manager, and one with an executive. The 3 technical interviews were extremely light (brainteaser, past experience). The product manager kept asking about previous conflicts with PMs (that's a huge red light indicating a problem in the engineering team).
