Interview
Application process seemed to have gone a bit slow. I was given a phone interview and after that, I went through another scheduled interview. I was given a chance to talk to the technical directors from two different fields to hear about their experiences. Interviewers kept a formal yet friendly approach, when they interviewed me.
1.Apply on the website and upload relevant documents. 2. Do a one way video interview to assess numerical and personal skills. 3. Phone interview with HR and/or manager . 4. Offer of employment
Started with introductions and a short presentation. Asked about aurecon attributes.
A group interview, solving a problem as a team and coming up with a short presentation. Followed by individual interviews.

Interview
First you submit cover letter and resume, then you do assessment centre and then interview. It was all quite standard with nothing very surprising. They emphasise group work and are not looking for people who will dominate in a group situation.
