Everything from day 1 approach to linkedIn to definition of contract was really rushed and pressured by multiple recruiters on a lot of inappropriate times and weekend days. a lot of micromanaging my time regarding interviews made me really uncomfortable to work there.

Mostly 2-3 rounds of interviews with proper notice and followups. At first, the Internal Recruiter will call you to discuss the qualifications and skills match. Then there will be a technical discussion with the team lead or manager over the phone or Skype. Final round will be sometimes an in-person or Skype with 2-3 interviewers board
