Very brief interview, questions felt very rushed and unprepared. Strange experience overall….yet I still got the job and only lasted there for 5 months. They where unwilling to provide training in a major part of the role that all clinicians to on a weekly basis aka Single Session Intervention.
I asked for training and my areas manager said that the hospital had no funding to offer such training.
Very brief, was being stood up quickly given the context, large focus on communication ability and education background, quite a quick process. Future interviews for subsequent roles were more involved.
