Australian Internet Advertising interview questions

I had a disappointing experience with this recruitment process. After confirming two scheduled phone interviews, I was not contacted either time. Despite following up via phone and email, I received no explanation or communication until I was later informed that the company had moved on to other candidates. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was frustrating, especially considering the time and effort candidates put into preparing for interviews.

The interviewer missed their first interview with the applicant. Their schedules are all over the place, and they don't seem to align with some of their staff. If this doesn't scream unprofessionalism, I don't know what else does. They say something of benefit initially for the applicant then later on take it back as it's something "they had to consult with their manager" first. In the first place, you have to be sure about your rules first before you even say things or else you risk your company's credibility .
