A crazy roller coaster ride.!st interview went great, written tests went great, ride along went great. Even loaded truck for next day.Felt job was in the bag.Followed up and was told to come in next day to sign job offer.1hr latter the 2nd manager Peter calls and retracts the offer. WTF??Who does that?My backround is clean. My only guess is he wanted someone with no personality. My advice going in is to not let your guard down and show him any personality.35yrs working and Ive never experienced a let down like that before. What a waste of 3 days of my life.
