Avaana interview questions

Extremely disappointing to interview via Zoom with Avaana and then just never hear anything back. I can understand employers not responding to every single applicant, but for candidates who take the time to interview, the very least a company can do is notify the candidate they weren't successful. Feels like a dodged bullet.
