I applied online through their website and after few days got a call from the recruiter who sort of took a pre-screening interview of 30/40 mins asking me bunch of questions regarding PM/budget/softwares used/etc. Later I received an email to schedule a telephonic interview with the Director. The interview with the Director lasted for an hour. Most of the questions were very specific relating to project management and different scenarios from my past experiences as they related to the questions. But during the interview, I had a feeling that the the position was junior to my experience. The over all interview experience was good. I received an email same day stating that the position was not fit for my experience. if I would have moved to next steps then I was told that another phone interviewed will followed by a face-2-face interview and would typically take 3-4 weeks.
