I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avanade in Jul 2024
Interview
A mixed bag of interviews.
The initial HR / talent acquisition call was excellent, friendly, and very clear!
Then I had two managerial / behavioural interviews, spanned a couple weeks. Each interview was a good conversation.
A problem happened when it gone onto the technical interview. This required doing a code review of code you've previously written which you can share. For me I had to write a new project, so that took a couple days.
Then when it gone onto the interview, I had some problems with Teams joining the meeting - and didn't receive help when asking the organiser multiple times. Due to holidays the interview was then delayed by 2 weeks.
When we did have this interview it was simple and clear, with a good conversation and gave good background of my experience.
About 1.5 weeks later I was told I passed the stages and they would have been happy to proceed, however there was currently no vacancy so it was put on hold... I may hear back in time (it's currently been over 1 month).
