Avante Physical Therapy interview questions

I had one initial interview and was hired. One of their therapists had recently quit and I think they just wanted someone to fill the gap. My perception was that the culture was highly skilled and therapists were highly educated. This turned out to be true, but apparently I wasn't what they were looking for - I guess I didn't have as much Maitland/McKenzie training as their other therapists.
