The interview was quick and painless. The HR manager just asked questions about previous jobs and qualifications I had for the positions. I was screened prior to my arrival over the phone and they asked me questions that pertained to my resume. I was looking for my first job in the customer service field and was quite nervous. They made me feel very comfortable.

They hired me very fast. Asked a few questions over the phone and had me come in within a few days. It was pretty simple. I don't think they called any of my references. They will take whoever they can get since they have such a huge turn over rate.

First interviewed by HR, then was interviewed by local management, last was screened by management in the US via Skype. It was a lengthy process and long wait time. The questions were not hard or challenging.

Offered an opportunity to grow in the company, from my previous position as a customer service represenative. Was approached by upper management, then interviewed in the conference room to assess management skills.

Easy. Spoke with hr and was offered a full time position.
