Avila Lighthouse Suites interview questions

Sat in the lobby of the hotel with guests and other workers watching the interview. it was very uncomfortable to not be in an office or a real meeting place that was designed for interviews. I felt like they were just begging for employees so the overall process was very easy and they talk of pay did not really come up until much later.
