Can you describe a time where you had a conflict with a co-worker?

They asked about past work experience, how I stayed on top of industry standards, and they answered my questions. Their responses seemed watered down and after starting at Aviture I realized why. It became obvious certain benefits such as having flexibility of working from home, or company bonuses only favor certain employees, for example. An invisible hierarchy exists, and it would be very difficult to succeed unless you were rubbing elbows with the right people. Leadership's communication is never consistent and that miscommunication dives deep into the development delivery process as a whole. I personally never had any problems with what was expected of me and was able to meet expectations above and beyond what was assigned to me. I maintained good working relationships with the team and impressed clients with the work I presented. Although, I was very much aware of the overall problems that exist at Aviture and that made my decision to leave the company ultra clear.
