I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avondale Construction (Halifax, NS)

Interview

Met with the Owner and Construction Manager after having a phone interview with Construction Manager. They both spoke with me as if they were old friends. Very relaxed atmosphere. It seemed like they were checking for a good fit rather than a typical HR interview.
