Awesome Life Group interview questions

Process length depends on how quickly you follow up. Expect to get a call a day or so after you apply. They ask a few questions then set up an interview. After your interview, you have to follow up with your references. Then from there, you have a video call with the owners. I've never had an interview before where I got to meet the owners before being hired. It made me feel like they cared who gets hired!

2 panel interviews, one with staff, the second round with the owners. Drug test. Background check. I received an offer only for them to rescind. I was told they could not afford to hire anyone at that time.
