You DO NOT want to work here! Spoke with C-level employee who seemed interested in hiring me, but said there were some delays in the hiring process due to COVID-19- totally understandable. Tried contacting the employee for MONTHS before I finally gave up. I was completely ghosted. It was, perhaps, one of the most unprofessional encounters I have been a part of. Advice: Make sure your C-level employees value candidates. Obviously, they are busy; however, it's a good idea to communicate to your candidates that the company will be going with someone else/in a different direction.
