A recruiter connects me. The phone interview was great, so I feel this would be a great team to join in, however, after the phone interview. There is a coding assignment, and I spent a few hours to finish.
First, the Zenhub team disrespects the interviewer and themselves for no response of the submit after almost two weeks with my checking email even if they held the word 'will get back to you later THIS week.' It would be reasonable not to get back for a normal interviewing process, but for a coding challenge, which is worth more than 1000 dollars under my current rate, it is unacceptable for no feedback.
Second, I finally got feedback from the recruiter, say, I am a NO with my skillset. It does not make sense since I built some services now under using by 160 million users and some others for data streaming of a few thousand records each second with my skillset. Now they told the recruiter I am a NO for it.
So, thinking about it, for both their culture and technics, and choose wisely.
