The worst interview I have ever encountered. Apart from HR all other Interview panel felt bogus. It felt as if the people who took my interview were there for fun, no seriousness. They were chitchatting, laughing at me during interview process. They asked me certain development scenarios that I would have encountered in my previous job and asked how I solved. After answering the same they were not satisfied. It's understandable that a solution A can be better than solution B. But what's the point in laughing? No decency, No professionalism showed. I hardly doubt the kind of work culture they are building there. Worst worst worst of all. As far as my colleagues are concerned they also had the same experience. And whomsoever asks me about this company I am just saying big NO to them, because it's not about clearing the rounds here, it's about working with these kind of people who are oversmart.
