Getting call and ready for interview dress formalities Introduction and working field related working area and role responsibilities,hobbies passion and aim related questions Some basic questions hr round salary and compensations ,getting offer letter ,document verification, on boarding process posting branch selection
Interview process was smooth, with test for your knowledge, they asked for technical knowledge and soft skills. Interviewer had a great patience answered the question I had and explained the hiring process smoothly.
overall the experience was fine they do have 3 rounds of interview process first an aptitude test which includes quantitaive reasoning, logical reasoning & english comphrehension test (both listening and writing) , then a screening test using AI and then a face-to-face interview
