I think this is a great, aggressive company. Overall, they were all friendly to interview with. It was awkward as the hiring manager did not have any practical knowledge of the police industry at all. This is a company with a great mission, but I was not impressed with the sales leadership in the knowledge of the terminology associated with law enforcement.
Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience with our hiring team. At Axon, we strive to be the best and brightest and consistently bring solutions to our clients in the law enforcement field. We will continue to encourage our employees to become familiar with the situations our customers face on a daily basis and bring that knowledge to their daily work. Thanks again for your feedback!

Interview
Horrible. I’ve never encountered such an inept interviewer in my career. Within ten minutes told me I was not right for role and offered me no time to object or correct him. Hung up on me as I thanked him for his time. Bullet dodged
Smooth, transparent, and communicative. Had a good understanding of process, next steps, job description, etc. Conversations flowed pretty easily as well. interview process appears to be 3-4 rounds. Would recommend this company to others if interested in getting into this space
The process was wonderful and fair. I enjoyed it immensely and it all seemed to work out well for me. I would recommend people apply and just do the best they can
