I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Felt more like an interrogation than an interview. These guys are sales sharks so be ready to hunt or be hunted. Personality Index test online, phone interview, face-to-face interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
they want to know about metrics (sales goals), your knowledge of the sales cycle, experience in business development, experience in account management, and most importantly, whether or not you are a skilled cold caller. If you go in for an interview, be ready to back yourself up with proven metrics

Interview
A recruiter reached out to my via LinkedIn regarding possible positions. I completed their PI test and scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter. The girl I spoke with was awesome. It definitely felt more like a conversation than an interview (question and answers). Unfortunately, the position I was most interested in was filled internally. But, I think that's what makes this company great, that they promote from within. It was really nice that the recruiter was attentive and followed up when she said she would. If their hiring process is any reflection of their company, this must be a great place.
Thank you so much for your review. If you are still interested in working at Aya, we would encourage you to continue to check the job openings on our website. We hire frequently and something else that matches your interests may open up soon!

Interview
After all said and done I had 4 interviews. This is not including what would have been a 5th had I been offered the final interview. The experience overall I felt was completely unprofessional. All of the interviews started at least 15 minutes late. This is particularly inconvenient with phone interviews. Of the 4, 3 were over the phone. I felt like it was not structured as an interview but more just probing for questions. They also made a comment on my attire eluding to the fact that I was dressed too professionally. It was a little offensive and unnecessary to bring up in an interview.
