I applied online. I interviewed at Azara Healthcare
Interview
Easy phone screen, basic background questions, and discussed culture and environment, but zero follow up despite multiple attempts to reach out. It actually seemed like they are looking for more of a manager/ic as opposed to the actual listing. The lack of any reply or follow up is is not very professional and thus I would be hesitant to move forward.

Interview
Had a phone interview at the beginning and she was super nice and helpful. That interview went well and she forward my info along to the next step which only took a couple of days to schedule and then had an interview with another Client Manager. It was pretty conversational and had a few behavioral questions but were pretty easy.
I was advised that I would hear back in a few days but 10 days went by and I reached out to the recruiter to follow up. She advised that the next phase interviews had not been scheduled yet. Then 5 days later I heard back from the recruiter that they were hiring someone with more of a sales background but she had another position I would be a good fit for and she forwarded that to me. Before I had a chance to apply she called me again and said they had made some changes to that and wouldnt be ready to move forward right away. I did not follow up again.
