Small company whose upper management is very involved so there are three rounds of interviews. First with the general manager, then with VP, then with President. Nice interviewers that are easy to talk to.

Interview process was short. Only a 2 interview process, with an introduction phone call. Nothing was too difficult to answer and there is always room to be yourself. You do not need to give full-business answers, it's okay to answer with a joke.
