Online application, telephone call, into store, buddied up with a manager 15 minutes on the shop floor interacting with customers then picking a product from a range on a table and explaining its purpose and pro's of product followed by an individual interview.

Interview
Very straight forward, telephone interview lasted ten mins really friendly guy Max from recruitment. After telephone interview asked to come to store for 3 hrs, did a group challenge, had to sell something to the group from the shop floor then 1-1 interview.

Interview
I had to fill out an online application form that was 2 pages long. I was then invited in for an afternoon. I spent some time on the shop floor, did some team-building games with the other candidates, had to role-play a product demonstration and then finished off with an interview with a duty manager and another member of staff.
