Interview took place in local B&Q store, with store manager and company representative. They were friendly and the interview itself was comfortable and mutually beneficial. The questions were relaxed and it was not as stressful as some interviews I have had.

Tell me about yourself and a time you went over and beyond for a customer
Group interview, we were told to peruse the store and locate certain items whilst being observed, I guess to see how well we worked with others then interviewed on our own asked usual why we want to work for B&Q etc.
Very easy - initial interview on the phone and then face to face with the store manager and hr rep. The questions are a mix based on previous experience and some general questions about yourself and background.
