Interview process was very unstructured. Multiple back and forth conversations that didn't adequately answer basics of the job requirement, screening for culture first with no understanding of candidate range, compensation range, job scope, project priorities. There is no reason to have multiple rounds of discovery conversations, an interview project, a 'coding' style interview for content strategy and production, then a salary range discussion. 6 of the 10 conversations we had were unnecessary and characterize what working at the company would likely be like. Over-justifying ways of working rather than executing and delivering results. Friendly people during the interviews, but unprofessionally long, unnecessary rounds and terrible followup communication.
