      Interview

The interview process was structured and formal. It began with a brief 15–20 minute screening interview with HR, focused on general background, experience, and confirming fit. The questions were primarily broad behavioral (STAR-style) and high-level. The second round was a longer panel-style interview (approximately 60–90 minutes) with the hiring manager and additional team members. This interview started with behavioral questions and then transitioned into more technical and role-specific discussions. The process was professional and organized, with a formal tone throughout. Candidates advancing past this stage would move on to a final round with additional leadership. However, after the second round, I did not receive any follow-up communication or formal notification regarding the outcome.
