They tell me on a Friday afternoon after working hours that I have an interview on Tuesday.During the process they ask you in the initial interview how many day’s notice you need to give to be able to come in for an interview and I said 5.I request the Tuesday off on Monday morning and get denied the request because it’s one day before the day I need off.I email the recruiter and hear back that they’d see what they can do about rescheduling it.I don’t hear anything all week until I follow up on a Friday and get an email saying they have suspended interviews for this position and will contact me if they open back up. Then I get an email later in the day saying I’m no longer under consideration for the job. The whole process is not well thought out and trying to communicate with someone in Uruguay during the interview process isn’t exactly ideal. For being a billion dollar company they really seem lacking in the communication department.

First interview is with an LDP recruiter. Second is with a panel of VPs and Sr. Managers asking behavioral questions for an hour. They will respond with a verdict within a few days.
