Interview
Invited to a hotel with about 20 other candidates. We only met other new recruits and couldn't ask questions of people who had been in the program for longer than 6 months. We were also not allowed to be on our own and were escorted from room to room for each different interview.

Question 1
Tell me about the contributions of the co-authors on your papers?
The interview process was very long as each interview was spaced across months. It took over 4 months from the first interview call to the last interview with HR. Despite the slow interview process, the interviewers at each round were very cordial and made the interview process endurable.
Panel interview setting. The panel had set of questions for all applicants, making it tedious for both the panel and applicant. No one looked happy to be there, didn’t get impression you could get a good read on company culture

Interview
It was two stage process. Stage one had HR and Hiring Manager. HR asked about general questions, visa requirements, salary expectations. HM asked for scientific questions. In the round two, it was in depth questions. I was also asked to prepare a 30 min ppt on my experience that I am proud of.
