The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BASF (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Two 30 minutes fit and behavioral interviews. Two interviewers very nice experience. Easy going and not stressful at all. Most of the questions was of the type "tell me about a time..." and also asked about why the company and why the role in particular. This program has a variety of areas so they were also interested in knowing about my own interests regarding this areas.
