BAW Capital interview questions

The interview consisted of a series of three phone calls. An informal offer to be accepted by email and a former offer letter signed and sent back. After the training was scheduled with the promise that training material would be emailed on three occasions. The material never arrived and on the day and time scheduled the manager was unavailable. I believe this is either a scam or they aspire to be a business and are just not there yet.
