The interview process involved a remote assessment centre day comprising of a pair programming stage which lasted an hour and involved adding features in TDD to a partially made Android application. Afterwards another hour long session involved questions related to team working, agile development, diversity and inclusion. The interviewers were all engineers and were all polite and professional. My disappointment spans from receiving no contact or rejection email from the event facilitators, especially after I took the day off work to attend.
