First was asked to report with documents and then was asked why I was a good candidate for the job. I was asked for offline interview even during covid. I said please conduct online. They said not possible right now.

1st they do the screening of your cv online or offline, then they will call you for Telephonic round, and then they will call you to their respective office for HR Round,after this HR with related department round, and then final round with CEO/Chairman
