I went through five rounds of interviews- the Talent recruiter, the Senior Vice President, the Vice President, the AD and the AS- and majority of the team was fairly new-recently hired.

Asked the average normal questions asked at an interview- favorite examples of ads, strengths, weaknesses, situational impact, etc.
