I felt that managers were really impressed by my knowledge of software engineering, but I outcried my concerns regarding dress code (suits) and working overtime which did not make them very happy. In the end, I didn't receive a phone call for another 3-4 months and it was an invitation to another interview process for some other project group.
Overall, I felt that Garanti Teknoloji is not the best place to work at.
