Telephone then one on one. They called me on a Monday setup an interview that Friday with the branch manager. I waited for 30 minutes before the interview started. The manager was very friendly and to the point, the interview process took about an hour. Manager called me 3 days after to say they found other qualified applicant.
Average interview the district manager and then Branch manager. Fairly simple questions, more so about your selling abilities and personality. Definitely helps if you already have a sales role. The position is a split role between sales and the teller line.

very quick and easy. Straight to the point, asked me a few questions regarding my experience and they also explained the culture at BBVA. The y are looking for people that have experience in the banking industry, since they do not want to train. The interview is easy as long as your confident and prepared. Dress nicely and be comfortable with your answers. I interview during early covid and it was okay. Must describe how good you are with customer service

The interview process was pleasant. The ladies who interviewed me were all very nice. I had one in person one on one and then I had two phone interviews. It was a basic sales and customer service interview.
