With regard to personal questions, all of the interviewers on our team are well aware of the questions that are considered inappropriate and are trained to avoid them. Often though, candidates bring up their children in interviews, especially when they learn that our company rents out a theme park every year for our team's exclusive use. In cases like that, we like to make sure candidates know that significant others and children are welcome. We consider it one of the perks! That being said, we will look into it.
