I was interviewed a total of 3 interviews +completed a personality test yet they did not even bothered to let me know I did not get the position. I just had to assume I didn't. Was slightly dissapointed I didn't get the job, was more dissapointed they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know I didn't after spending hours in total in the interview process.

Applied for the role on the careers page, two weeks later received an invitation to do a Video Interview (pre-recorded questions). 2 Weeks after that received a Calendar invite to do a Webex interview with the Regional Manager. This was a 1-hour long call that consisted mostly of behavioral questions, in the last 10 minutes the RM answered some questions and shared some information about the team. Exactly two weeks later received a call from BDC (recruiter) to schedule a call with the VP. The virtual meeting with VP was again 1 hour long most of which was me just walking through my resume. The call with VP was a lot more relaxed and casual. The VP said the next round after this is typically an aptitude test done in the office but due to COVID they don't know yet how they will go about it. Received a courtesy call 3 weeks later from the RM, saying that I Interviewed well but they decided on a different candidate who had applied internally. All in all a positive experience.
