I would like to share my experience regarding the recent interview process with your organization. I had attended the interview and successfully cleared two rounds. However, despite multiple follow-ups with the recruiter, I did not receive any clear update on the status of my candidature. Eventually, I received a message stating that my application has been put on hold, but no proper reason was provided.
This lack of timely communication and transparency has been disappointing. A candidate’s journey is also a reflection of the organization’s employee experience, and such gaps create a negative impression. Clear communication, even in case of non-selection, goes a long way in building goodwill and respect for the company’s employer brand.
